📅 Return Period

You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging and accessories.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or prescription eyewear
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage

📦 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email support@eyebuyus.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the RMA number, a copy of your invoice, and ensure the item is securely packaged.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
